The Design

The console also has an IR blaster, which allows it to be controlled with TV remote controls. The Xbox One S includes a 1TB hard drive, a new controller with Bluetooth support and an upgraded Kinect sensor.
The Controller
The Xbox One S controller is very similar to the Xbox One controller, but there are a few key differences. The handgrips are now rounded, and the face buttons, d-pad, and shoulder buttons are slightly smaller. The Xbox button in the center of the controller is now a flat, capacitive button that doesn’t click like it did on the original Xbox One controller. The new Xbox button works just like the home button on your smartphone—a quick press takes you to the home screen and a long press brings up the guide. The share button has been moved from the left side of the controller to the right, next to the view button. And finally, there’s a new USB-C port on top of the controller for charging or connecting to other devices.
