Go to the Microsoft Store and search for “Gears of War 4”
If you own a copy of Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10, you can now play it on your PC. The game is now available for purchase from the Microsoft Store, and it supports cross-play with Xbox One and Windows 10.
Gears of War 4 is the latest installment in the Gears of War franchise, and it introduces a new generation of heroes. The game is set 25 years after the events of Gears of War 3, and it follows the story of JD Fenix and his friends as they battle a new enemy called the Swarm.
Gears of War 4 is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, meaning you can buy it once and play it on your Xbox One and your Windows 10 PC. If you already own the game on Xbox One, you can download it for free on your PC. And if you buy the game on your PC, you’ll get the Xbox One version for free.
The game is also available in a special Ultimate Edition, which includes a season pass for future DLC, early access to two multiplayer maps, and six Gear Packs.
Select the “Get” button
Once you have found the app, game, movie, or TV show you want to purchase or rent, select the Get button. That will open up a product page with more information about the item. If you’re trying to buy an app or game, the price will be listed prominently on the page.
In the “Microsoft Store” window that pops up, select “Install”
If you’re prompted for permission to install the app, select Yes.
The next screen will give you the option to create a desktop shortcut. Select Install and the gears of war 4 will begin downloading.
Once it’s done, the game will automatically launch. If it doesn’t, go to your start menu and look for “gears of war 4 .”
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation
- From your Microsoft Store, select the seesaw icon on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
- In the search bar at the top of the page, type in “Gears of war 4,” and then select enter.
- Once the game appears, select “Get.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
